Wedding planning begins with a meeting in the communication format most comfortable for you. During our consultation, we discuss your vision, style, budget, and preferred date.
How far in advance should we contact you?
Ideally, we recommend reaching out 6 to 12 months before your wedding. However, we can also organize celebrations within shorter timeframes, depending on availability.
Do you work only in Tbilisi or in other regions as well?
We operate throughout Georgia and, upon request, internationally.
How much does wedding planning cost?
The cost depends on the number of guests, location, and the complexity and scale of the décor.
After the initial consultation, we prepare a personalized budget tailored to your specific needs.
Do you assist with venue selection?
Yes. We offer a curated selection of venues, from intimate terraces to luxurious halls, helping you find the perfect setting for your celebration.
Can we share our ideas or photo references?
Absolutely. We love when couples share their inspiration. We carefully adapt every concept to reflect your unique vision.
Do you work exclusively on weddings?
No. In addition to weddings, we organize anniversaries, birthdays, corporate events, and other types of celebrations.
What does a wedding day coordinator handle?
Your coordinator manages the schedule, communicates with vendors, oversees décor and details, and resolves any technical matters so you can fully relax and enjoy your day.
Can we order décor services without full event planning?
Of course. We also offer standalone services, including décor, floristry, event coordination, photo zones, and other customized elements.
How is the date reserved and the contract finalized?
Once the concept and budget are approved, a deposit is made to officially secure your date, and the contract is then finalized.
